These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and 828 Media, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Faithful”). They govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking “I accept,” or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information — including cookies and tracking technologies — and how you can control marketing email, SMS, and the sharing of advertising identifiers.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are offered to United States residents. By using the Services, you affirm that you meet these requirements.
Faithful is a financial education and tooling platform. Different features are available at different membership tiers, as described on our pricing page. Tier benefits, feature availability, and pricing may change with notice. Where a change materially reduces what you receive at a given tier, you will receive at least thirty (30) days’ notice and an opportunity to cancel.
Faithful publishes educational analysis, planning tools, and curated content. Nothing in the Services is personalized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not have a fiduciary relationship with you arising from your use of the Services. Any decision to place a trade, buy a policy, change a beneficiary, or take any other financial action is yours alone. Consult a licensed adviser, attorney, or accountant before acting on any analysis available through the Services.
Trade alerts published through the Services are educational publications about market events. They are made available on the same terms to all members within the applicable tier; they are not tailored to your individual financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance. Any per-trade “suitability check” we offer is a self-assessment tool that helps you decide whether the alert’s strategy fits your circumstances; it does not transform our publication into personalized advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any alert and for the decision to act on it. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and no specific outcome is promised.
Manual mode. By default, the Services do not place trades on your behalf. We may generate an order draft (an “order ticket”) for your reference. You must place the trade yourself with your broker. The fact that we generated a draft does not make us responsible for execution, fills, or fees on your broker.
Connected mode. Where you elect to authorize a connected broker (Interactive Brokers, Charles Schwab, or any future provider), you are submitting orders to your broker through your own credentials and your broker’s account. Faithful is not your broker, does not custody your assets, and does not guarantee that any order will be received, accepted, or executed. You may revoke broker authorization at any time.
We do not receive payment from any broker for routing your orders or for any other purpose. Our revenue comes from member subscriptions only.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused portions of a subscription period are not refunded except where required by law or where we expressly elect to refund as a courtesy.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data and disclose it to third parties for our lawful business purposes (for example, to publish community-level performance statistics, to improve our models, or to support marketing claims), provided the data does not identify you and cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
The Services, including all content we publish (text, graphics, analysis, software, and trademarks), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal use during the term of your subscription.
Content you submit to the Services (including trade journal entries, uploaded documents, and feedback) remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Services to you and, where you have separately and explicitly opted in, to use it in anonymized aggregate, anonymized individual, or named-testimonial form. The performance-permission settings in your account control the scope of that license; you may revoke them at any time.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your underlying Faithful membership lapses (where required for your tier), or as otherwise permitted by law. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including §§4, 10, 13–18) will survive.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that defects will be corrected; or that any specific result will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, even if advised of the possibility of those damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or (b) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faithful, 828 Media, LLC, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law, (b) information you submit to the Services that infringes any third party’s rights, or (c) any trade or financial decision you make.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, in the county where 828 Media, LLC maintains its principal place of business or another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@pedroadao.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Small-claims disputes may be brought in small-claims court instead of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where 828 Media, LLC maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app banner at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Consent to receive messages. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) from 828 Media, LLC (“Faithful”). These messages may include account notifications, updates, promotional offers, and other information related to your use of the Services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and you may use the Services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number.
